Is OkeyLand free? +
Yes, free to download and play. Optional in-app purchases let you speed up; you can buy virtual chips and diamonds for cosmetics and perks. Ad-free mode is available.
Can virtual chips be exchanged for real money? +
No. Chips and diamonds in OkeyLand are only used inside the app, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be traded. Pure entertainment, no real-money winnings.
What if my connection drops? +
If you reconnect within 90 seconds your seat is held — no bot takes over. Elevators, subway tunnels, brief drops are tolerated. After 90s a bot fills in and the match settles points fairly when you return.
What happens if I encounter a cheater? +
Server-authoritative architecture makes fake tiles, dice manipulation, or card-counting tools impossible. Still, long-press a player to 'Report'; combined with statistical anomaly detection the account is reviewed.
What's the difference between Düz Okey and 101? +
Düz Okey: 14 tiles, first to finish wins. 101: 21 tiles with an opening rule (first set must reach 101+ points). Both games live in OkeyLand, choose from menu.
Can I delete my account? +
Yes. In-app: Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email destek@okeyland.com. After 30-day recovery period your data is anonymized (GDPR compliant).
Which devices are supported? +
Android 7.0+ (API 24+), iOS 15+ and later. Tablet support included. No web/desktop.
How do I play with friends? +
Profile → Add Friend, then 'Invite Friends' to set up a private 4-player table.
Can I play without internet? +
Yes — offline mode lets you play against bots at 3 difficulty levels. Same rule engine, same flow.
Data usage? +
An average match uses 200-500 KB. One hour of active play < 10 MB. Comfortable on mobile data.
