By using OkeyLand or this website you accept the terms below. Please read carefully.

1. Service description

OkeyLand provides Düz Okey and 101 Okey games with online multiplayer, offline bot mode, and social features (friends, leaderboards, chat). Service operated by Cryptosam Yazılım.

2. Age limit

The service is intended for users aged 12 and over. Users under 18 must obtain parental / guardian consent before any in-app purchase.

3. Account

• You can register with device ID or social provider (Google / Apple / Facebook).
• You are responsible for activity from your account; do not share login credentials.
• Multi-accounting by the same person is prohibited.
• Suspicious activity may result in suspension or permanent closure.

4. Virtual chips and diamonds — not real money

OkeyLand chips and diamonds are virtual items. They are NOT real money, cannot be exchanged for real money, traded, or sold to third parties.

• Chips and diamonds are usable only inside the app.
• IAP purchases the digital content; once delivered, no refund (digital content has no withdrawal right under Turkish e-commerce law Art. 15/g; reaffirmed at purchase confirmation).
• Refund procedures provided by Google Play / App Store still apply.
• Account closure forfeits remaining virtual items; no reinstatement.

5. Cheating, fraud, abuse

The following are strictly forbidden and will trigger account closure plus possible legal action:

• Automated bots, macros, third-party cheat tools
• Reverse engineering (decompile, modify, repack) of the application
• Malicious traffic against our API (DoS, fuzzing, spam)
• Match-fixing (intentional losing, collusive play)
• Harassment, racism, sexism, political abuse, hate speech
• Fake accounts, child accounts, account selling / renting

6. Chat & content

• In-table chat is logged for 30 days for dispute review.
• Automatic profanity filter is in place; bypass attempts trigger warning + ban.
• Report abuse to destek@okeyland.com.

7. Ads

• Some modes have ad-supported or ad-free options.
• Watching rewarded ads earns daily virtual chips.
• Ads served via Google AdMob or similar; OkeyLand is not responsible for ad content.

8. Service interruptions

• Maintenance, backup, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.
• We do not guarantee continuous availability; virtual chip / diamond compensation may be considered for exceptional outages.

9. Liability limits

OkeyLand is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages.
• We do not guarantee compatibility with every device hardware/software.
• We are not responsible for third-party services (stores, ad networks).

10. Intellectual property

The application, logo, visuals, audio, code, and written content are copyright Cryptosam Yazılım. No reproduction, distribution, or derivative work without explicit written permission.

The okey game rules (Düz Okey, 101) are public domain Turkish folk games; the app implementation is copyrighted.

11. Account deletion

You can delete your account anytime:

• In-app: Settings → Account → Delete Account
• Email: destek@okeyland.com

After a 30-day recovery period the account is anonymized (KVKK / GDPR compliant).

12. Force majeure

Liability is suspended in cases of natural disaster, war, epidemic, legal restrictions, or internet infrastructure outage.

13. Dispute resolution

• This agreement is governed by Turkish law.
• Consumer disputes fall under District / Provincial Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts.
• Other disputes fall under Istanbul Çağlayan Courthouse courts and execution offices.

14. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
